A structural and envelope building system that fit together. The first full-scale delivery of prefabricated mass timber components for high-rise housing.

A building platform is a product. It needs a roadmap, an architecture and a business model that developers and lenders can underwrite.
A 30-metre segmented wood shell. A robotic platform assembled and milled its 376 bespoke hollow wood segments, which fit together with sub-millimetre precision.

The first building with a primary structure made entirely of robotically prefabricated beech plywood plates, 50 mm thick. Computational design, simulation, fabrication and surveying worked as one process.
