About

Fabrik is German for factory, where projects become products.

Fabrik Advisory helps construction and real estate work like a modern industry, with repeatable products, factory methods and technology. We work with the developers, builders and manufacturers who want to get there.

How we work

Insightful, strategic and pragmatic. Advice that holds up on the factory floor.

Rigour

Numbers, evidence and systems logic behind every recommendation.

Pragmatism

Advice that can be built, priced and implemented.

Ambition

Thinking at the scale of the industry, beyond the single project.

Openness

Candid about trade-offs and generous with knowledge.

Independent

Recommendations that fit your business, whoever supplies the work.

We work alongside your architects, engineers and fabrication partners, from the boardroom to the factory floor. We recommend what fits your pipeline and your organization, and we disclose any relationship relevant to your project before an engagement starts.
